1. Description of Service

GRC Copilot Pro provides AI-assisted tools for IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance. This includes policy drafting, gap analysis, and risk register management.

2. Advisory Nature of AI (Limitation of Liability)

IMPORTANT: The tools, templates, and AI-generated outputs provided by GRC Copilot Pro are for advisory and informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, regulatory guarantees, or official compliance certification.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, modifying, and approving any policies or risk assessments generated by the platform before implementing them in your organization. We are not liable for any regulatory fines, data breaches, or legal actions resulting from the use of our generated materials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Upload illegally obtained data, highly classified government secrets, or Protected Health Information (PHI) unless a specific Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is in place.
• Attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or bypass security controls.
• Resell the outputs of the platform as a primary service without a commercial partnership agreement.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features of GRC Copilot Pro are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

5. Data Security

We utilize a Zero-Retention AI Architecture. For details on how we protect your uploaded documents and prompts, please refer to our Security page and Privacy Policy.
